This policy applies to visits to this website and to enquiries initiated through the contact details provided on it. Separate privacy information may apply to contractual relationships, recruitment, investor processes, due diligence, project data rooms or other specific processing activities.

3. Website access and server log data

When this website is accessed, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical data required to make the website available and maintain its security, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system, data volume and status information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; legitimate interests are secure, stable and efficient operation.

4. Hosting and technical service providers

Carefully selected hosting, IT-security, content-delivery and technical providers may receive technical access data as necessary. Processors are governed by Article 28 GDPR agreements.
